RAL Technologies has a lot of pride when it comes to adding the “best of breed” and strong women in engineering to our company’s staff. We are excited to introduce our recent addition to our team, Monique Hartland. Monique is RAL Technologies’ new Project Engineer and is a valuable addition to our company.
Monique started working in the engineering field while taking college courses in 1997. As a tenacious and dedicated individual, she loved working and going to school at the same time. Monique was so determined that she worked her way through her Associates Degree in Science with a focus in Design engineering, her Bachelors Degree in Science with a focus in Design Engineering, and when she felt she was ready to advance her career, she obtained her Masters degree in Business with a focus in Project Management.
While Monique was pursuing her Masters degree, she decided that a Graduate Certificate in Project Management would assist in becoming a Project Manager. RAL Technologies is the next big step in her life. She looks forward to helping the company grow. She loves RAL’s team atmosphere and is convinced that there are nothing but great things to come.
